The core terms apply equally to all accounts. However, there are India-specific addenda covering UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe payment processing timelines and any applicable transaction limits that are communicated during the deposit or withdrawal flow.

Your right to access the platform depends on local law at the time of access. If legislation in your state changes, your eligibility is re-evaluated automatically. We will notify you by email if a change affects your account, and you may request a full withdrawal of available funds.

Submit a Subject Access Request via email to the Data Protection contact listed in the Help Centre. We will compile and deliver your data in a readable format within 30 calendar days of verifying your identity, as required under applicable data law.

We publish all updates on this page and send an in-platform notification when material changes occur. Continued use of the platform after the notification constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept revised terms, you may close your account and withdraw available funds.

Before processing a withdrawal, we verify your identity by matching the name on the account with government-issued photo ID. UPI and Paytm withdrawals also require that the registered mobile number on the payment method matches the number on file with us.

We acknowledge formal complaints within 24 hours. Our compliance team issues a written decision within 14 calendar days. If the matter is not resolved at that stage, the terms outline a further escalation path to an independent arbitration body.
